Take Graham Rd. toward the shopping mall, Columbia Gorge Premium Outlets, and continue past the mall entrance to the signal at Columbia River Highway. Turn left and proceed to the 2nd possible right turn, S. Buxton Ave., where you'll see the Brass Rail Tavern. Continue 1.3 miles (Buxton Ave. becomes S. Troutdale Rd.). We are the big yellow house on the right, about one block before Stark Street. From Portland on SE Stark St., continue past the Mt.
